I want the Wings to score about 4 goals in the 3rd. No lead is safe.

I had a horrible headache and fell asleep hoping it would help. I wake up to find a 9 up at the top of the page AND the fact the Wings did in fact, score 4 goals in the 3rd.

What a DIFFERENCE from the Anaheim series. Room, space, nobody thugging Wings players after the whistle.......enjoyable game today

Towards the end I thought the Blackhawks started to look like Anaheim in that they were sending big body after big body to grind the Wings D along the boards so that they couldn't move the puck. And the Wings really struggled to get it out.

Q will probably look into to see if he can have some more of that.

Seems like Milbury and McGuire were a little sad about the outcome of game one? Just reading into their vocal enthusiasm. Milbury seemed more down than McGuire.

Wings never seem to get as much credit as they should against their opponents. I'm not sure if that is a commentators way to try to be non biased and pitch a game, but at the end they Milbury especially seemed pretty down.

Nah, Pierre was definitely coming from a positive place. Although I do think the angle is kind of played out at this point.

Amazingly, I've been really calm and not at all worked up about this series. Crazy nervous before the Anaheim series, but not this one.

This is more the way I feel also. I was just so glad to be done with the Ducks. I was more relaxed today and enjoyed watching our boys! I expect the Blackhawks to step it up on Tuesday, but we will be ready for them.

I love that the argument is always, "Well, you know, there are SO MANY people who think you suck." It's never, "I think you suck, what's the deal?"

I think perception is much more than reality, in this case. There aren't that many people doubting Ozzie, just a lot of people who think a lot of people are.

THEY PLAYED REALLY WELL IN STRETCHES BUT I THINK THEY WERE VERY INCONSISTENT TOO AND THEY CLEARLY DON'T HAVE THE DEPTH TO MAKE UP FOR A DISAPPEARING ACT BY THEIR TOP LINE

I thought Chicago did alright. I think they can play better, and I think we'll be able to beat them in five or six if we keep playing like we all know we can play.
