GMRwings1983 8,803 Report post Posted May 28, 2009 My sources tell me the Finals could start as early as tomorrow, providing that Lidstrom and Datsyuk don't play. The NHL = worst league in professional sports. This finals schedule is a joke.

The NHL = worst league in professional sports. This finals schedule is a joke. bingo. the wings should be getting a week off right now to heal up. instead bettman moves the date up--and does a back-to-back to boot. i hope the wings win again and AGAIN give that arrogant little prick bettman the middle finger. FunkedUp 29 Report post Posted May 28, 2009 Why the hell would SCF games be back to back? That's just ridiculous. I don't think theres too much of a home ice advantage in that situation.

It is all based on TV schedules. All games are on NBC, except 3 and 4. They are cramming the first two games in the weekend to get more money. 2009 STANLEY CUP FINAL SERIES O #2 vs. #4 Network Saturday, May 30 at Detroit, 8:00 pm NBC, CBC, RDS Sunday, May 31 at Detroit, TBD-Night NBC, CBC, RDS Tuesday, June 2 at Pittsburgh, 8:00 pm VERSUS, CBC, RDS Thursday, June 4 at Pittsburgh, 8:00 pm VERSUS, CBC, RDS * Saturday, June 6 at Detroit, 8:00 pm NBC, CBC, RDS * Tuesday, June 9 at Pittsburgh, 8:00 pm NBC, CBC, RDS * Friday, June 12 at Detroit, 8:00 pm NBC, CBC, RDS - * denotes if necessary - All Times are Eastern Standard Time Edited May 28, 2009 by CenterIce
