lol, the ironic thing is people whining about Crosby's whining. He hasn't whined in 2 or 3 years, but wings fans are certainly whiners. Someone else posted that the hockey gods were on the wings side tonight, and they were damned right. Tell the Zamboni driver to add a little more padding to those boards. The Pens had more PPs, Detroit's Hart finalist forward didn't play, the Wings are dealing with a lot more injuries and the compressed schedule hurts Detroit more. So a Pens fan complaining about the boards or puck luck is going to fall on deaf ears here.

I am simply stating the obvious, even the more mature wings fans realize that they got all the breaks tonight, it is part of the game. Really the thing I think about the boards is that it is common knowledge that the boards in Detroit are lively and every team knows that. Why not take 30 minutes in practice to rifle pucks off of the boards and see what kind of bounces they give...

I will give you that much, I thought the refing stayed out of the game for the most part. They let things go on both sides...all things considered, nice job by the refs.

The only people that don't think Sidney whines are Pens fans, Don Cherry, and any national broadcaster...oh and also Bettman.
