If our stadium was as big as yours you wouldn't see any empty seats believe that.

People buy the tickets. Whether or not they show up to the game is up to them.

It's not a matter of the games being sold out. It's a matter of the season ticket holders not wanting/being able to go.

In that case it's even worse because then it means you probably have a bunch of people that are buying the tickets that don't care enough to even go watch the team. At least here, the fans who buy tickets go to the game.

Oh yes, Detroit sucks it's a ghetto they're all poor the state sucks there is no money Pens fans are better they sell out and all their seats are filled did I mention Detroit sucks and everyone is poor.

There, doesn't that basically sum up your less than cogent points in this thread thus far?

Your organization doesn't need a bigger stadium. Hell, they filed chapter 11 back in '98. After your players get raises, you lose a lot of others. Your organization will soon be hurting again. Count on that.

So unless it's a big hit then it's not effective? Ummm, ok yeah.

::YAWN:: ...Nah, dude...Helm hits harder than that...and there's not a single player on the Ducks roster that doesn't hit harder than that...get a life.

You expect us to respect the Pens in the event they beat us, when you come on our forums and post a bunch of idiotic trash talk about Detroit's arena? Never mind the fact that you post a year-old video of one shift by an otherwise ordinary player along with a video of a regular-season victory in which your team still gave up six goals.

Remember that game? A decisive 3-0 shutout on your own ice in which your entire team was outplayed and your entire fanbase outclassed as they boo'ed a player who had no commitment to your team, despite the fact that he was your best player in the previous post-season?

Grow up.

edit: As if that weren't enough, you ignore the entire hockey aspect and instead shoot barbs at economy of Detroit and the entire state of Michigan. Classless, I hope you get an earful from some of your forum's more intelligent fans.

Yeah that new arena that's getting ready to open next year and the fact that Crosby and Malkin are both locked up long term really proves your point doesn't it? You seem to be the site's bankruptcy expert is that because you can't turn on the news in Detroit without hearing about bankruptcy?

A couple of retards from our fanbase must have invaded their forums, so they sent a couple back.

What a pointless thread.

Edit; Economy jokes, huh? How original.

New word of the day "Salary Cap". Google it. You'll learn that overpaying two players ruins your future depth. See, the really cool thing Kenny Holland does is "draft" talent with crappy picks, and pay them less than they could earn on the open market after we train them into top players.

If your GM doesn't have top picks, his scouts don't pick talent. In 5 years the Pittsburgh Penguins will be "has beens", while the Red Wings continue on as the superior organization in the league.

Again, your team doesn't need a bigger stadium. Pens will be facing bankruptcy again in 2014.

Pretty bold and stupid statement.

Why fuel the fire?

I'm still here, got something to say?

Take your own advise and leave. No one cares about the regular season and no one cares about you.

All of the trolls have been taking shots at the economy and the sellout thing, which they get wrong all the time. They never take shots at our team. I wonder why?

bahaha, it blows my mind how sad these pens fans are. Like, you REALLY have to post this to try to make yourself feel better? This guy is absolutely pathetic. I can only assume he was one of those absurd fans that even PENS FANS hate and drove him off of their boards. Lol at posting that about one completely irrelevant regular season game.

I can't imagine what kind of self esteem issues must be plaguing you in order to drive you to make a post such as this.

You embarrass yourself, sir.

Get used to it. :siren:

Ah yezz. The very poster who came here with doves circling overhead and the UN peace flag in his hand. Butofcourse you're gonna be fair, rational and not start anything.... :nonono:

You're probably the producer of the NHL commercial that looks like the Penguins took it all. But while you're here be sure to enjoy all the Stanley Cup WINNER videos...

Anybody got the February game video so he can enjoy that one too?
