IMPORTANT ADVISE by BETTMAN:

NEW TIME-OUT RULES (last minute) please pay attention:

If Detroit coach calls a time out he can to talk to his players...but in Japanese or in Afrikaans
During the time out Pittsburgh can keep playing in 5 vs 0 for a minute..

If Pittsburgh coach calls a time out,ALL Red Wings players (Babcock included) MUST continue to skating as fast as they can for two hours..

After the timeout RedWings players must replace their composite sticks with sugar sticks!!
and if some players gonna break it can't replace his stick but can play kicking the puck with his skates but absolutely can't score..Ok??

Im pretty nervous about this game!
That might not be such a bad thing though. I was really nervous before games 1 and 2, but very relaxed before game 3. Sooooo...we all know what happened with those games!

I'm always nervous no matter what. They could up 3-0 in a series and I would be nervous. As I said earlier I hate waiting around for the game. Just be 8pm already!

That from espn.com's front page today...


I was unaware that by losing one road game in the finals that the Wings needed to be "rescued"

It's obvious that the NHL and the media want the Penguins to be the next dominate hockey club. Good thing we have Holland setting us up for another 10 years. lol

Very important game tonight. We need to win, to bring it back to Hockeytown to skate with the Cup on Saturday. Step on their throats, go the full 60 minutes and DO NOT LET UP. We can do this, we will do this.

FYI, I was thinking today, in the 2009 Playoffs we are 5-0 in Games 4 + 5 so far. Hopefully the trend continues, and we're skating with Stanley on the weekend.

I said Wings in 5, with Pittsburgh winning Game 3, at the beginning of the series. So far I've been correct.
