I don't give up - just being realistic

detroit can go 0-82 (well almost hehe) and i would still support them as a fan...

even though you're a fan of a team you can still critizise them and being realistic of the situation, there is a good possibility that this team will suck for a few years now and it wont be like anything you seen since the 80's red wings :P

Mindfly and realistic?

Sorry, you must be mistaking yourself with a level-headed fan.

...

Just pretend that Zetterberg's and Franzén's contracts weren't signed until yesterday.

And who needs Kotalik? The Rangers probably overpaid like wild. I'm more interested in a solid checking defensive forward. Our top 6 is taken care of.

Three years, $1 million per year.

Pretty good bargain.

What are you thinking with?

you're gonna replace hossa, samuelsson, hudler with leino, helm and abdelkader

GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN

Oh good - does this mean you're leaving the forum forever?

I hear the Blackhawks are ready for the final group of bandwagoners to jump on...

Nothing?

Also...if the Rangers are signing a guy I think that should be a red flag to stay the F away.

It's only a red flag if they're paying at or above market value, in which case the player immediately flops. I think they just got a smart deal here, so it'll probably work.

Yeah, 30-40 pts for 1 mill is pretty bargain basement. Good signing then.

Being that it's the Rangers I was sure they signed him for 5 years a 3 million per.

Good guess, it was 3mil for 3 years, TSN's story was worded improperly.
