Lancz 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2009 There have been a few fights so far. The one in the end of the second was pretty good. The camera view does suck. I keep thinking zoom out so I can see more of the ice! The clock and score takes up a lot of room too, more than it normally should which makes it look even worse. Besides, the US Open Mens Championship is tonight. If it was the Wings, I wouldn't miss a second of it regardless of how late it was going to be. Cern 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2009 Just a cool little tidbit while I was watching the game: My mom works dispatch on Westjet (a growing airline based in Calgary which serves most of North America), basically she's in charge of arranging fuel loads, flight diversions, weather reports - everything short of physically flying the planes, essentially. Anyway, she was watching something else while I was watching the game on my laptop, but when I mentioned the game was in Terrace she suddenly got quite excited. She said on her shift today she was in charge of organizing the charter flight that took the Islanders to BC! Turns out she's done it for other teams in the past as well - she mentioned offhand she's directed a couple flights for the Wild. How neato is that? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
