Our bottom 6 forwards have been carrying the offensive pressure so far this year. Once the top 6 get rolling we'll be doing much better. gcom007 1,465 Report post Posted November 1, 2009 I'm liking that we're at least putting good pressure on these guys. I can't say it enough, I'm not near as upset over or scared about this team. I think they've been doing a lot of things right and certainly some things wrong, but it's early and I've got a lot more positives all things considered. I didn't expect them to come out and go 10-2. They've produced almost as well as our scoring lines! They play better defensively. There's nothing flashy but they're always out their working hard and getting gritty. Draper's looked better so far this year compared to the last couple as has Maltby. Maltby I feel like flipped a bit of a switch last March or so as he's looked more like his pre-lockout self now for awhile. I just really like what they've been so far this year.
