6-1 Wings lead after the 2nd period. Wings can't let up in the 4rd at all, can't let the BJs have a wisp of momentium to even come close to beating them.

I hate nitpicking when we're up 6-1, it's a great game (for us anyways). But Howard does not look like an NHL goalie. Maybe he will be in the future, but he sure as hell isn't right now. I really hope that he turns it around fast.

I don't really mind where Howard is at right now. He definitely has a problem with rebound control, but he also has less than 20 games of NHL experience so I don't expect him to be perfectly sound. As long as he is there to stop the first shot the team realizes they need to prevent the second shots from getting to the net. As Howard plays more games there will be less and less opportunities for opponents to capitalize on rebounds.

I'm willing to give the kid a couple years as a backup, as long as he keeps progressing.
