It's sad to see the joe with so many empty seats. Wouldn't you think they'd rather lower the damn ticket prices and make some money rather than be stubborn with the prices and have a ton of empty seats?

Even if they don't lower the prices, what I'd like to see them do is offer ticket sales at the door, for the tickets they didn't sell, at a cheaper price. I think some cities do that, yea? That'd be awesome.

they do offer sales at the door but at the same price. But yes, they should lower the prices. Orrrr, they should just upgrade everyone's seats if the arena isn't a certain percentage full....just let all the nosebleed seats and everything move to the lower bowl. Sure it'd piss off the people who paid more but then the arena wouldn't look so damn empty. They should just lower the damn prices though....tickets to a wings game are far too expensive in this economy. Especially Detroit's economy.

That'd be killer, but I don't know how many people would hang out right downtown Detroit to wait on tickets that MIGHT show up at the Box Office.
