We're disgustingly thin at center, but I think that's the best combo. It can't be any worse.

And I'd like to see Flip on Pav's wing. (But I'd rather have him at center)

Of course.

If it didn't work out the first time, there was no reason to do it again. Especially since he's a lot worse now than he was in 2007. Back then, there was still some hope of seeing the old Todd Bertuzzi.

He doesn't need to be the old Bertuzzi... He would be playing fine and making plenty of chances on the 3rd line if injuries weren't hindering our line-up. It's like the equivalent of playing Lebda 25 minutes a night on the first pairing due to injuries, obviously it isn't an ideal situation.

Bertuzzi is not losing these games for us, sorry.

i know this wouldnt really have a made a difference, but did leino get his hands slashed on the breakaway?? seems like he could of at least gotten something off, i had to watch the game and family pizza restaurant on a small tv with loud background noise. also, is the goalie allowed to be hit when he comes out of his crease like rinne did?
