Howard will never be a legit NHL backup until he starts controlling those damn rebounds. I know it seems like he's playing well but every single shot bounces back out twenty feet, no matter how soft the shot.

I love seeing Abdelkader Datsyuk and Leino together. I really wanted to see Datsyuk and Abdelkader and I hope Babs keeps them together. Leino has yet to make me feel any sort of confidence in him, but Abdelkader and Datsyuk could be great.

The super-hyped Jonas Gustavsson is pretty much the starter for Toronto and he has as bad or even worse rebound control. 9 out of 10 young goalies have bad rebound control.

Lately though Howard has been making the 1st saves and has been calm in the crease instead of scrambling around getting out of position. Really like his play in his last 4 or 5 starts.
