For offsides when a player knocks the puck out of the air, they should have it like any other offsides. As long as he has at least one skate out of the zone, the play is still good.

It's too much of a judgement call to see if a player's glove is still inside some imaginary line. Plus if a guy can glove or stick it out of the air like that. good for him and keep the play going.
