Barteko had his head down, and body crouched to pretty much elbow height to begin with, and his helmet was not on tight at all. Carman 387 Report post Posted February 24, 2010 Not a good decision by Tollefsen at all and he deserved the ejection, then again I really don't think it was completely malicious. Helmets need to stay on the head, players need to take the precautions that are already in place seriously. Elbows are going to happen, unfortunately it's a fast game and players will make mistakes.
