clutchngrab 12 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 I've said it before and I'll say it again - there is no way a Quennville coached team will ever win a cup. 1 aflac9262 reacted to this
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 Keep in mind though, we were down 2-1 also. Chicago ain't done yet... ...but it's still nice to see them down in the series again.
Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 It will be interesting to see how Chicago responds. They're obviously an extremely talented team, but they don't have the experience of running into a team like Nashville in the playoffs. Down 2-1 on the road is serious gut check time. 1 aflac9262 reacted to this

Defiantly, but we were at home for game 4, whereas they will be in Nashville.

Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 Fair point. This is just a bizarre season for the higher seeds. Maybe it will turn out like '06, where the top four seeds in the West lost
wingsdiehard13 33 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 (edited) Fair point. This is just a bizarre season for the higher seeds. It would really be something if Colorado could somehow win tonight. I'm not sure I've ever seen the top seeds get tested like this. Edit: Except 2006 Edited April 21, 2010 by wingsdiehard13

Im pretty sure a few years back the 5,6,7 and 8 seeds all won. I cant remember if it was in the east or west though.

wingsownnhl43 14 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 It was 06. We were the #1. Maybe all four will lose again and we'll have home ice to the finals. That would be great. Something about those lower seeded teams scare me though. I dont like the Wings in a trap game. Id almost rather play SJ or Chicago.

Gizmo 21 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 Someone in Denver either has no sense of history, or a funny sense of humor... I'm watching the Avs/Sharks game and during one of the breaks I realize that they're playing Kiss' "Detroit Rock City" over the PA in the arena!!! 1 atodaso reacted to this
