Barrie 900 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 Couldn't resist, down 1-0 in the series, they're losing 3-1 in Game 2 at home. Anyone but SJ!
mjlegend 155 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 Even if it's Chicago? Not that I have massive Shark envy but playoff-wise right now, I'd trade positions with the Sharks in a heartbeat. I'm sure so would 12 other teams in the conference. They're kinda soft, so they just might go down this round.
10 Minute Misconduct 104 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 I'd prefer Chicago to win as opposed as the Sharks as well. 2 redwingsgirlie and LadyWildcat reacted to this
MCleveland89 122 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 I prefer Chicago to win, but I'll be happy as long as anyone but the Flyers win the cup. I hate the ******* Flyers. 1 Travis reacted to this
GoWings1905 2,694 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 This just pisses me off more that the Red Wings couldn't beat the Sharks. They are no match for Chicago - the last team I want to see win it all. 2 Osgood the Best and HadThomasVokounOnFortSt reacted to this
Crashnburnluder 385 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 I can't believe I'm rooting for the Hawks... But I can't stomach rooting for Thornton and the sharks.... I guess it is different cause I don't know any true Hawks fans (lucky me) but I am surrounded by Flyers Fans and I despise the flyers and I know one shark fan and man he drives me nuts.... The cup doesn't belong in Cali again... Not until the Kings win it... I really want the Habs to win but let's face it they are a LONG shot..... Sigh.... If Chicago winning the Cup means SJ loses, I'm ok with that. 1 redwingsgirlie reacted to this
mjlegend 155 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 Personally, I can't stomach the thought of Hossa, Kane and Quenneville winning the Cup. I'd have preferred Montreal to any of the other three teams left but they're going to need to score a damned goal at some point.
jeff48109 474 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 San Jose won't win unless they get long 5 on 3s or a ton of PPs. 4 Barrie, soultrain, redwingsgirlie and 1 other reacted to this
Echolalia 2,961 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 I'd prefer San Jose to win. Their internet fanbase is much more cordial than the Hawks' folks. I would hate to have to put up with the plethora of trolls next year scouring the internet should the Hawks win.

thegerkin 189 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 4-1 ouch. I hate both teams, but at this moment, I'd like to see an original 6 win the cup, even an interdivision rival, than San Jose.
VM1138 1,921 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 It is kind of embarassing that the Sharks are getting manhandled, yet they got lucky in beating Detroit. Just enhances my "paranoid" belief that with half decent refs the Wings would have taken that series. 1 GoWings1905 reacted to this
Guest mjtm77 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 I love how everyone said sharks would win it all. I said the hawks would win this series and everyone was saying how stupid I was. 1 redwingsgirlie reacted to this

Barrie 900 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 What was Nabokov complaining about on that 4th goal? He came way out of his crease! It was his fault he was spun around! And there goes Thornton losing his cool again. What a tool!
stevieisthebest 80 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 JOE THORNTON IS A ******* *****.. sorry.. I just watched that slash on Bolland, and I now I hope the Hawks literally murder the sharks... f*** em 2 redwingsgirlie and Barrie reacted to this

Crashnburnluder 385 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 So question for all of you.... I know that all the media was saying the Sharks are no longer chokes cause they beat the wings and made it out of the second round.... but my question now is if the sharks get swept in this round... or lose in 5 what do you think the Sharks organization does.... In my mind that are still chokes.. they had a lot of help in the 2nd round and in the conference finals (if they do get swept) obviously still don't have it... Do you resign Nabby, do you start trading away big names, or did they perform well enough to keep them...? Just curious on everyone elses thoughts.... Barrie 900 Report post Posted May 19, 2010 (edited) Someone needs to lay Thornton out... Agreed, he has to be the biggest wussy (to put it nicely ) in the league. Why is he the one throwing punches at Bolland? Joe was the one who slashed him first. He's a disgrace to the #19! Edited May 19, 2010 by Barrie
