The throwback thing is now officially out of hand. I know they're supposed to hearken back to some Calgary team from the '20s but that's dumb. The Flames never wore those.

It's better to be considered temporarily insane than permanently stupid.

What, no clown-shoe skates?

I can understand the whole 'honoring history' angle, being the Heritage Classic and all, but do they really believe anyone wants to be reminded of anything like that?

I didn't realize that Calgary was home to the Gryffindor House.

Ew ew ew ew. The colors are ok I suppose but they should've let one dominate way more than that. Ew.

Nothing wrong with the design. After finding information on the Calgary Tigers, I've discovered they were quite a franchise.

lolllll

The actual jerseys aren't so 'primary red' looking which is nice; but the Calgary C does not fit with the throwback idea. At all.

I didn't know that this league had the Victoria Cougars as a member at one time, and they became...

The Detroit cougars, who then got bought by someone, and he changed the name to the Red Wings, after a Montreal team that he played for/coached/owned. Forget the EXACT story though.

Falcons in-between the two names.

I like 'em, not too shabby. Yes, I get that I'm probably the only one that does.

Funny how Calgary makes themselves a heritage jersey, when they've only been around since 1980. Is that jersey based on an earlier Calgary team in another league? I agree with GMRwings1983, just wear the 80 style ones.

I guess they want to sell more merchandise. It's all marketing.
Lets Go:
Red Wings
Tigers
Roughriders
Lions
Spartans
Pistons
