Have some fun with this, and make some predictions for around the league, as to what you think is going to happen. Feel free to make them about anything you want. Enjoy!

1) Datsyuk scores 100 points this season, 35 goals and 65 assists, and continues to lead the league in takeaways.
2) LA wins the Pacific, Phoenix finishes seconds, and San Jose finishes third, but still makes the Playoffs.
3) Detroit over LA in the Western Conference Final.
4) Washington finally makes the Eastern Conference Final, but loses to Buffalo.
5) Detroit over Buffalo, for the Stanley Cup :)
6) Steven Stamkos wins the Hart, Drew Doughty wins the Norris, and Ryan Miller wins the Vezina.
7) Tampa Bay finishes second in the Southeast, advances to the Semifinals, but loses to Washington.
8) Franzen and Zetterberg both score 40 goals this year.
9) Chicago loses in the first round of the Playoffs, and finishes second in the Central, behind Detroit, but it isn't clinched for us until the last game of the season.
10) Our Power Play finishes the season in the Top 5, and our Penatly Kill in the Top 10.
11) We get at least 150 points out of the Hudler-Modano-Cleary line
12) Lidstrom and Kronwall (if healthy) both score at least 50 points this year.
13) Calgary misses the Playoffs again.
14) Pittsburgh loses in the Semifinals again.
15) Philidelphia misses the Playoffs.
16) Montreal trades/acquires a new goalie, as Carey Price won't cut it in net.
17) Halak won't be in St. Louis come seasons end.
18) Howard gives someone a facewash again, maybe Crosby?
19) Boston misses the Playoffs.
20) Washington again wins the President's Trophy.

-Helm ALMOST gets 20 goals, 18 or 19.
-Flip finally breaks through. Scores 25+
-Parise-Zajac-Kovalchuk will be the best line in the league.
-Tampa will surprise a lot of people.
-At some point, we will miss Ritola, but still be fine.
-The Hawks will be out of the playoff hunt for a while, getting my hopes up, but make a strong push in the end and squeak in, similar to us last year.
-Turco will NEVER, EVER win a game at the Joe.
-Lidstrom wins the norris :D
-Kindl gets a lot of playing time
-Wings win the cup!!!

Bettman will continue to screw with the game, and Crosby will continue to be marketed to death, infuriating the fans even more.
Lets Go:
Red Wings
Tigers
Roughriders
Lions
Spartans
Pistons

Sane Jose finishing third is like saying the wings will finish third. Call them playoff chokers if you want, but they'll win the division.

Just cause you look like the gimp don't mean you play like the gimp!

It really had nothing to do with San Jose and their Playoff performance. I figure LA is the youngest and freshest of the bunch, so they should win the Pacific, and Phoenix should finish just behind them. San Jose will make the Playoffs, I'm figuring 6 or 7 seed :)

Modano will get his first goal as a Wing next Thursday at Dallas. It happened in my NHL 11 season so that means it will happen in real life right? :D

SJS will realize that Nabokov wasn't their problem in the playoffs, they'll be worse without him.
