Looking for Minnesota forum and or tickets for Wild Wings

I'm trying to take my sons to the WIngs game in Minneapolis this Sunday- PLEASE OSGOOD GET THE START! Trying to find a forum to see if I can snag tickets- haven't come across anything good using Google. Does anyone know if they have a letsgowild type version of a forum other than the one on the Wild site?

Or if anyone has a good source in Minneapolis for tickets. Looking for (4) $100 and under tickets somewhere near the ice- prefer by the bench/glass. Will sacrifice if need be but hoping for the best.

I am searching Craigslist daily.

OK for those of you who go to lots of hockey games- or perhaps have been to Excel before- looking for some advice on where to get my seats. Not places that sell tix but rather where should I get the seat locations. Need four tickets- prefer being either right at Wings bench or in corner they shoot at twice- Section 119-121 (corner) How high up should I get them- any advice on seat location for good view of game and the Wings?

As far as places to check tix I am watching:

Cragslist

Stubhub

other suggestions?

My dad and I went to a couple of Wild games. The second time was kind of last minute. I went online to Ticketmaster, and they had a link for ticket re-sale. We got upper bowl for around $90 each. Pretty good seats too- right in the middle.

One thing you will find there is that the Wild fans are really nice people. Even though we were wearing Wings gear, they were generally good folks to talk to, and being in Minnesota, they know hockey.

You'll also find yourself in the company of a lot of Wings fans. There are a lot of mixed relationships- Detroit folks move out here and meet up with the locals, buy season tickets, become Wild fans, but in their heart of hearts, they are still Michiganders. When the Wings come to play, out come the Wings jerseys- everything from Lang to Krupp to Yzerman to Zetterberg and then some.

Have a wonderful time!

Looking at section 116 which is behind the Wings bench- found a couple places listing them for $115-125 range with amount needed available. Curious about a couple things:

1. Is sitting behind the bench a bad seat to watch the game?

2. I notice that seats higher up like row 5 instead of 3 (the one right behind the bench) are actually more expensive. WHY?

3. Are the first ones right behind the bench handicap accessible and that is why I can find them?

4. Is it a tighter seat sitting behind the bench?

5. Other thoughts.

In my experience, the closer you are to the bench, the harder it is to see the game. Between the players standing up at every scoring chance to see, the coaches moving back and forth, and the players shuffling around before/after line changes, it gets very hard to see the action on the ice. That's probably why the seats farther up are actually more expensive.

That said, when you're that close to the bench, you get to see the players much more up close than you would higher up. That's kind of the trade off.

I actually try to get tickets as high up as I can and either center ice or behind a goal so that I can see more of the play.

That they're cheaper as you get higher up is just an added benefit. :D

This. Plus, the players are still bigger than they are on tv.

Here's what Section 116 looks like:

Drum thanks- I found a pic earlier today on Wild season tickets area. Did get my tickets first row directly behind Wings. Going to be in our jerseys with a big Osgood sign with an "early congratulations on 400"!
