They haven't had an odd man rush THE ENTIRE SERIES! I'm not talking about this game, I'm talking about the entire series. But defensive breakdowns by the Wings have resulted in several in game 1, 2 and this game. My point is we don't have our heads screwed on straight and they do.

That goal is a cocktease.

I just named you four off the top of my head. The reason we don't have more is because Nashville had absolutely no puck possession in game 1 and in the second half of this game. Again, how the heck do you get an odd man rush when you're in the offensive zone?

funny detroit would never have gotten that penalty called if it was 2-1 still referees called those penalties at the start of the game which set the tone detroit had to battle back and when detroit was buzzing the refs put their whistles away

Yes and no. Yes, because we missed about 19 wide open nets. No, because we didn't show up to play, and Nashville did.

I don't think a team cockteases you more than the Wings. Play like s*** pretty much the whole game yet always get a late, ultimately meaningless goal to give the fans a modicum of hope.

Yet again Detroit doesn't show up for the first half of the game and then has to play catchup. We're never going to be successful while giving Nashville the lead every game. Their defense and goaltending is just too good for that.

Sick of this officiating, it's a joke. Wings applying a ton of pressure, preds are on their heels hooking and holding. Preds score, all of a sudden a PP. Wings need to come out like that in the 1st, when the refs are actually calling penalties.

Game 1 V2.0. Just end this series. I hate writing these guys off, but even if they miraculously survive this series they don't have 3 more rounds left in them.

I can't wait for Holland to do nothing in the offseason and spit out a million excuses as to why.
