He was definitely better than anything we've had in net since but he would always let a weak goal in the third. I like to think it's because his stomach wouldn't stop growling. Imagine him in LCA.... He'd scarf down a hot n ready after every intermission. Guy was literally a champ for us in the net for a decade behind a terrible defense. But all you regards remember is his last broadcast after 10 hoagies. My best regards He lost his job multiple times to guys like Bernier and Mrazek.. I will admit he was stellar and Holland is to blame for most of his struggles. They rode the guy to death during the shortened lockout year.. I'll never forgive him for his 3-1 collapse against s***cago. If he truly was a champ in net for us he would've at least got us to the conference finals that season.
