No doubt he can hang with the big boys hes proven that but Id like to see if he could dominated his age group. I think that could be a big boost in confidence going into another SHL season and prove to himself and the doubters that like SY said his offensive game is underrated.

I mean, if he went I wouldn't be mad. I'm already looking forward to watching Edvinsson and Wallinder dominate. Watching Kasper do the same would just give me a reason to watch more games. But I'm good either way. Like I said, he did well in tougher games last year and is poised for a big increase in icetime this season. The big things I wanna see from him are A) playing primarily at center instead of wing, B) seeing a sustained increase in ice time, and C) scoring at a similar rate to Lucas Raymond's D+1 season in the SHL.

If he does that then irrespective of his final numbers I'll be (even more) confident that he's going to produce in the NHL.

I agree with this and think he will accomplish the things you mentioned but like you Id just like another RW player to watch next month in the wjc. I think that tournament is a big stepping stone for a lot of young players.

You will likely get your wish, as Rogle's 1C is out indefinitely. A bigger role for Kasper is pretty well guaranteed.
