Guest CaliWingsNut Report post Posted September 6, 2009 Dan Cloutier does NOT make the club. You heard it here first... Agreed... minus a training camp performance of a lifetime, he's little more than motivation for J.Howard.

Drake_Marcus 890 Report post Posted September 7, 2009 1.Crosby wins scoring title,1st person to do so by double the amount of points of the runner up 2.Half was through season Pittsburgh decides Bettmen is longer any use to them so they dump him.He is fired 5 days later. 3. On Sept 10th 2010 most of Detroit Red wings team will get arrested along with a renegade Hossa for trying to scale White House fence while the Penguins are visiting there, celebrating their 2nd straight title which was over the Black hawks. One Detroit player heard mumbling that the cup is their birth right and can not be outside of their city for 2 years in a row. Expert trolling right there. He does it for the lulz.

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Shanny is elected Commish. Cheli is elected head of the NHLPA. A closed-door meeting is held at Cheli's Chili with the owners and GM's of all teams, as well as the PA reps, certain members of the media, all letter-wearing guys, and certain other individuals of interest. The following measures are resolved: The instigator penalty is gone. The Eastern Conference will not change; the Western conference will swap the St. Louis Blues and the Ontario Coyotes. NBC will broadcast HNIC in the US. PBS will carry a game each Friday night, preceded by a documentary on the home country of one of the players so that it will be considered educational. BHN (Balsillie Hockey Network) will carry games every night that a game is played. As a concession for receiving a team, Jim's network will be available so cheap that everyone will be able to get it no matter where they live or which carrier they have. With more people able to watch hockey, fanship swells 34% (14 people) in most southern states. It is resolved that future meetings between the owners/GM's, the media, and NHLPA will take place at Cheli's, but that there will be a ban on either cameras or strippers. Konnan511 1,736 Report post Posted September 8, 2009 My bold predictions: ~ In every thread, someone on LGW will want Stuart to be traded and not know he has a NMC. - In every thread, Filppula's name will be brought to be traded for an enforcer. + A picture of the red wings wearing their training camp jerseys will be posted by a LGW asking why we changed our jersey style. * Rafalski will have another monster year and everyone will still want him traded. @ The Blackhawks will get made fun of in every thread. ^ Crosby will win either the Hart or Pearson and LGW fans will still say he sucks or is overrated. ! The first sign of a 2 or 3 game losing streak will result in the Panic Button being pushed. & After going down by two goals heading into the 2nd or 3rd periods the game will be over and the Wings are hacks in the minds of LGW nation `` WINGS WIN THE CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest micah Report post Posted September 8, 2009 Someone on the team will score a Hat-trick this season. TOW someones, Franzen and Bert. Bert will score 21 goals this year, be a bit of a disapointment but not a complete flop, and have a hattie.

Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted September 10, 2009 -Downey makes the Coyotes and on here he's still a nice guy, scrub that has no talent. -Bert does well an contributes, and in very Lang fasion, is still harped on and called out for his s***ty defence (which actually isnt s***ty anymore, go figure) -A hat trick is scored in Sweden on opening day, no one gets Arbys, and then for the next 81 games, no hat tricks -Osgood wins the Conn Smythe and is still only good because he plays for Detroit and shouldnt be in the HOF for that same reason.
