Edmonton's window is open NOW. Losing Broberg and Holloway, two young guns ready to break out, to start the season really hurts them. But if they match those two year deals they will not be able to trade Holloway or Broberg for 1 full calendar year, severely crippling their ability to re-sign McDraisatl. Savage move by Armstrong and Steen. But I'm content to be in Yzermans position... watching, waiting, lurking. I do think there would be some allure to McDrais to join his countryman in Detroit for a cup run.
