seeinred 1,488 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 I hate being the person who does nice things for everybody expecting that they would do the same for me, and then they don't. That's the thing about doing good. There's no such thing as true altruism, and even if you do it just because you'd expect the same in return, you shouldn't expect the same in return. That probably doesn't make sense.

PenaltyShot 96 521 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 Good to see I'm not alone haha. Is this about groceries? No it isn't! I would like to apologize for those horrendously long paragraphs of complaints. I am trying to be more diplomatic with keeping things to myself instead of picking fights with people, so I kept it from them and got it out of my system on here. I promise it won't ever be that bad again.

Lidstromrules16 7 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 Its late/early and I am watching To Catch A Predator. you know, some of these guys you almost feel bad for, but then if you go online and read the full chat transcripts, it makes you wanna puke. Atleast, thats what I experience when watching this show. Its funny, cause I have played roller hockey off and on at this place in NC for about 6 or so years. The place also has indoor soccer/basketball/lacrosse/other sports and is frequented by middle schoolers on weekend nights for "all sports night" skating or whatever anyway, earlier this year, come to find out one of the owners of the place, who coincidently refs the hockey games there, and I happen to know pretty well was arrested for attempting to meet a 15 year old at a pizza place. amazing. Lidstromrules16 7 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 Why don't you take a seat over there. You go by the name, "Lidstromrules16" online? Chris Hansen rules which begs the question. Would you have a sexually explicit chat with a 15 year old online in hopes of meeting Chris Hansen? cant say id go that far but I would like to meet the man. "It looks to me like your fishing for sex with a 15 year old girl" ........priceless
seeinred 1,488 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 Haha, not a chance in hell I'd do that to meet him. But it's a defense that I'm surprised I haven't seen someone pull.

"It looks to me like your fishing for sex with a 15 year old girl" ........priceless Wouldn't that be a weird twist... i wonder if they would still arrest you... You walk into the decoy house and then as soon as you enter you start yelling, "Chris come out!!! I know you are in here! I want to meet to, you're my hero buddy!!!" on a side note I would/have sat outside Ozzies house in an attempt to get my name on a restraining order signed by him... how cool would that be???? C'est la vie, es la vida, and so on. Unfortunately, the Golden Rule seems to be only a suggestion for a lot of people. lfd250 1 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 I hate being the person who does nice things for everybody expecting that they would do the same for me, and then they don't. So are you the person that does the nice things thinking that they will return, or do you do nice things being the great person you are? See if I were to move and asked you to help, I would just need ice cream and pizza and may be an adult beverage Now if you were to move and asked me to help and I already had plans, would you be mad and EXPECT me to help even though I would help but can't or would you unerstand?
