More importantly, with Bert here Stuart wouldn't have felt he could cross check Z. He'd be too scared.

And if he did feel ike he could his head would have been dug deap into the ice which i would have liked to see lol

they are when they get behind.

They start hitting everything that moves, which is a legit tactic, but that often turns into cheapshots.

I like Iginla a lot, but lost a lot of respect for the guy in the postseason a few seasons back and he would go trolling for fights like a goon if the Flames were behind late in the game.

you're right, I do recall Iginla gooning it up, and was surprised at someone of his skill doing that. Now that you mention it, I can see them cheapshotting. I love Rhett Warrener but he's kind of known for that, too. :o

I love that Iginla can score, hit, and will drop the gloves to stick up for his teammates or himself, but yeah, his trying to goad anyone in our team into fighting was pathetic.

For my first post I just wanna say it's very sweet seeing the Wings hammer the Flames after the few trades that Calgary has made.

First of all, welcome.

Second of all, nice first post.

Third of all, I don't know...I just wanted to say third of all.

You guys think Flippula is the next zetterberg???

At least they are similar in a lot of ways: responsible, hard-working all-around players and both have a good eye for the game.

Future captain and his assistant..? ;)
