team effort. hank is not the only player so enough with that stuff.

I'm sorry, when did I say he's the only player on the team? When did I say he's the only one that matters? I said he would boost the team, and it reunites the best line in the NHL.

Do you disagree with any of that? Stop putting words into my mouth.

As a Flames fan, I'm happy we get to play you guys. Not because I think it'll be easy, but because it should be damn good hockey not decided by officiating.

Nothing better than getting to face an original 6 team IMO.

Plus, getting a chance to boo Todd Bertuzzi in the playoffs is something special. :D

I see you joined during the previous series between our two teams. Hopefully the outcome is different this time! :)

You're right, should be an excellent series.

I'm from Buffalo. It's playoff fever here, And things are starting to heat up with the trash talking, Who is going to make it farther in the playoffs Buffalo or Detroit?? Almost every sabres fan i have talked to said the wings are going to choke in the first round, just like last year aganist the oilers and the year before. Well I try not to get worked up but I tell them this a different team and i have faith in the Wings. I don't know but I just have this feeling the wings are going to go far in the playoffs. I just tell them will see how good the sabres sre when they face the Wings in the FINALS. Yeah the Sabres won the Presidents trophy but lets see if they have it in them to win LORDS STANLEY.

Fans of Buffalo have no room to talk, as they've never won anything. They choke in hockey and football constantly.

I'm glad we're playing Calgary. They haven't been playing with a sense of urgency and it seems like they kinda backed their way into the playoffs. Typically teams in that scenario in the past haven't played the first game awfully well. Here's hoping that the boys in red & white jump on them early.

I love how everyone loves having Bert on the team now!! Year ago, if you wanted here, you got blasted!! haha.

I would be scared to play Calgary if we had anyone other than Hasek in net. Now I am not. Plus, I have a good feeling this year. Bring em on!!

Red Shows RAGE!!!

I'd like to add that I think it's good we're playing a team that is considered a contender by most so it's not like a huge underdog scenario like Edmonton was. People know that anyone can beat anyone. The Wings aren't going to take Calgary lightly.

The forwards on the team who were still around in 2004, are gonna be extra motivated when they remember that they were dominated physically by guys like regehr and warrener. This time around, if their guys give us some guff, they're gonna get it right back.
