WE WENT FREAKING CRAZY! Our parents are probably going to yell at us tomorrow but oh well! They love the Wings and they should be relieved that we screamed. HAHA MULE BABY MULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FREAKING GOT TEARY EYED! I had the same feeling! As soon as Mule pulled it to the center of the ice I just knew he was going to score. I just yelled "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" and Petey literally jumped 2 feet in the air, then booked out of the room. It was effing hilarious. That's for the slash, *******. I had NUMEROUS co-workers come up to me after games 3&4 to crow how bad the Flames were going to physically beat down the Wings, take games 5 and 6, and hand them another first-round exit. I'd just smile, nod, and look over at the pictures of Yzerman and his daughter on the ice with Cup. It's hard being a Detroiter and Wings fan here in Blues territory, altho the number of Blues fans has disappeared since baseball season last year. HA on them. Since we won in '97 I've had a tradition of putting a winged wheel flag on my car for each round of the playoffs we get through. I just went out and put a second out, a tattered and faded '2002 Stanley Cup Champions' flag. I'm hoping for 4 of them on the car. Plus 2 of my friends from home and I have to start an AIM chat and rant about the game. 2-0 with that. I'm 7-0 in the seven completed series thusfar.
