Well that sucked tremendously, looked kind of soft and i know Lappy wouldn;t go down that easily had he not tried to embelish somewhat.

You know I lost a lot of respect for Lappy so far this year, don't get me wrong I still like the guy but I always viewed his as one of the more honorable scrappers in the league. Now not only did he start a fight with a visor on, but he just acted like he was depelvised by Lebda who baraely scrapped him with his thigh.

we sure could use another goal, here, Wings. Please? do it for Terri's birthday.

Yeah do it for my birthday. Screw the points. Me me me!

Besides Loo said you need to get as many goals as I am in years. That's 10 times more than what you have so get cracking.

Of course theyre tired! Down 4 regulars, played the night before, had to travel between games, and are playing at a rink known for its thin air.

I know, YG... this one goal lead is scaring me. We need Flip to get a hattie!

exactly.

It's why Flip and his 23 year old legs and lungs are getting great ice time out there.

And it is easy to forget what a hometown advantage the Avs have playing at elevation. They play there all the time so their body has acclimated. Not so for the opposing team that flys in the night before.
