I need the Hockeytown hat Draper was just wearing.. How did that miss my Xmas list? Its probably $60.00

I want one too, saw the guys wearing it in other interviews. Now it's just the matter of getting ahold of one.

The San Jose guys are almost as good as Ken and Mickey, actually.

Youre right.. with some feeds (CI) the announcers are so one-sided and biased, but Mikey and Ken do such a good job for any fan - for or against the Wings. Class act....

Ah, my bad then. I don't get to see many games, so I just figured they were like the rest of the announcers saying how the Wings are favored and all that BS. I'd still rather listen to the Wings announcers

Well that's easy. Next time there's a game go. When you see a player doing an interview or walking in/out of the arena wearing it, run past them, grab the hat off their head. Make sure to yell "Yoink!" There you go you have your hat. A pre-worn hat by a player to boot. :P

Can you get Center Ice? If so, you will never miss a game.. I used to have Charter in WA and they were the only market is the US that could not provide OnDemand sports. So I had Dish AND them,. This is my 5th year (?) with CI and I will never go without it. JMO

they're very classy guys, the SJ broadcast team. For those with the Detroit feed, San Jose team just did a really nice tribute, very emotional, to Don Wittman, the veteran CBC hockey broadcaster who died today. I thought Drew was going to cry.

RIP, Mr. Wittman.

That's classic. I wish I could go to a Wings game, just to say I have been to one. Money is very tight right now, and I live too far away to attend one. But I will someday go to a Wings game I hope.

quoted for truth. I have had center ice the past two years, but this year, being in college, I had to get center ice online, and it does the job. I cant even remember how I survived without it.

Believe me, I can't blame you for making that assumption. The decent announcers throughout the league are few and far between. San Jose's guys are a pleasure to listen to though. I remember last year during the playoffs, they were just as good.

Gargh. High-sticking double minor, Flip goes off.

If anybody cares - Tim Hunter (SJ Asst. Coach) was my training camp coach way back in the early 80's as he played for the Seattle Breakers.. at the time he was 18 years old and his nose was just as big. At 18, is nose had been broken 18 times. God knows how many more times it had been broken/crushed since then during his NHL career. By the way, it is the same size today as it was then... what a guy. Score!!!!

Hey, I thought I was the only one who did that!

DRAPES! Shorthanded!

That goal was all thanks to Cleary's hit in the neutral zone.
