Hockeytown Red Wings 245 Report post Posted February 13, 2008 Thank God DirecTV got their s*** together and offer the Detroit feed on nearly every game as an alternate to the opposing team. The Predneck announcers are so bad they make the Blues of a few years ago look positively neutral. I miss DirecTV so much....Time Warner Cable is awful. I'd love to see the ref just stop the game, and go out there and measure his pads and chest protector. If they're legal, fine. But I won't believe they're legal until it's proven. As for the "De-troy-it" pronunciation, I remember CBC's guys saying it that way for YEARS. Can't blame Crisp this time. Yeah, but they work for CBC. I'll allow it from them. I'd rather see the Avs succeed than the Ducks any day. That speaks volumes. Hell, there's no one left on the Avs that I even really hate (except for Smyth, and he's barely been an Av).
