oilandwingsfan 3 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) Hey everyone, so March 11th is IKEA night where all fans in attendance receive a Swedish players poster. I was wondering if anyone that's going can pick an extra one up and mail it to me, I'd be more than happy to pay for shipping costs, etc. Thanks! cirov19 1 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) Oh me too... I am trying to get tickets because: a) I love the Wings b) I want this poster and, c) 1 dollar ice cream sandwiches. Basically sums up my life.. I love the swedes. There is no point in my post by the way... unfortunately there is probably no possibility of me getting an extra poster. tiff_luvs_homer 5 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 yeah, if there's the SLIGHT chance that no one wants their poster (LOL, I know) I would definitely pay you for the poster and shipping costs. #1 because my husband saw it on TV and loved it, and #2 it has my precious Homer on it. oh, and #3 they're not giving anything away at the April 3rd game we're going to Well, just thought I would throw it out there
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 I have a friend who's a season ticket holder, so I could go if I want (he rarely ever uses his tickets for his own personal use). It's just a matter of me being able to take off of work, drive the two hours from Bridgeport/Bay City down to Detroit, and be able to make it in time for the game. I'd like to go to at least one more game this season, since I've only been to one so far (the home opener against Anaheim). I'm aiming for one of the April games, and, it'll most likely the April 6th game against Chicago. It's the most realistic time for me to be able to make, since I can plan in advance. DaKineMaui 8 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 Name of the thread led me to believe that all the players skate blades were going to start wobbling after 3 shifts or maybe one hinge on the bench door was gonna pull loose. Hold on tight to your armrests.

Mjolman 0 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 That picture made me realize how short homer was. I thought he was like 6'3.
cirov19 1 Report post Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) I didn't realize that it had the yellow underneath it... They shouldn've done that. COMPLETELY ruins the look of the poster.., or maybe it just ruins the look of it online and in person it would look much better. Hopefully. tiff_luvs_homer 5 Report post Posted March 9, 2008 ok, so they're doing all these giveaways of gloves, posters, lunch boxes, etc; On the night we're going to a game it's Nascar night. I wonder if they're doing any giveaways, from the looks of it I don't think so.
MissyLKS8 6 Report post Posted March 9, 2008 Ok, I can probably get an extra poster. But if anyone can get a Zetterberg flag... I'll pay shipping or whatever... it would mean so much!!! Maybe a trade - poster for flag??? Let me know ASAP.
