I know there will be some movement yet, but imagine if the playoffs started today: (1) Pittsburgh vs. (8) Washingston (2) Montreal vs. (7) Boston (3) Carolina vs. (6) Ottawa (4) New Jersey vs. (5) New York What do you think of that? Carolina and Ottowa would be good. And Of course, the New York vs. New Jersey matchups are always good. I think I would watch more Eastern Playoff games than Western games... Ottawa also lost Alfredsson & Fisher to significant injuries tonight. Looks like Alfredsson ended up with possibly a concussion when he got pasted by Mark Bell. That, and in the town I live in, there are all these bandwagon hab fans coming out of the woods. If you've never been to a carolina hurricanes playoffs game, don't say something that naive. i live in Raleigh. Not that I wouldn't want to see that series either The one problem with Pittsburg vs. Washington is that Wings fans not living in Detroit would have a hard time getting any games on Versus, since that series would be the one getting all the TV time if they play on the same day.
