Great Lakes Brewing Co. says 30 gallons of "Quitness" ale sold out in three hours Wednesday at the company's downtown brewpub. The beer will return Saturday on a first-come, first-serve basis. The brewery says "Quitness" is a dry hopped India pale ale that leaves a bitter aftertaste, perfectly describing the mood of Cleveland sports fans these days. And I'd have to agree with you when talking about Miller Genuine draft. Miller Lite isn't terrible, but the only Genuine thing about Genuine Draft is the lack of taste and absolutely no hop presence. But if you want straight piss beer, drink a High Life. I have only thrown up twice drinking nasty beer. One was High Life, and the other was Modelo Especial. Just recently relocated up here from LA. I have however had their beers, as they are pretty well carried (seems everyone in town has their IPA, russian river doesn't seem to do kegs). I've heard some pretty amazing stuff about that one. From what I understand their head brewer coined the term and process to a double IPA style beer (they call pliny the elder a double ipa).
