Doggy 130 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 It's really sad when someone dies so young. I was unfortunate enough to have to go to two funerals for people from my old high school, both under 21. Seeing their parents was the toughest thing I ever had to witness. Terrible news. May he rest in peace.

Chase 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 Wow terrible news. He was a top prospect for the Nucks, probably would have cracked the lineup next season. R.I.P

Opie 308 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 I lost 2 close family members and 1 good friend under the age of 20 (all within a year), it is so hard for the family. This set of losses is one of the reasons I am an atheists, more accurately it was the final straw. Going through something like this really really hurts and it leaves a scar that even time cannot heal. I really feel for his family!

Opie 308 Report post Posted May 30, 2008 As some one with HORRIBLE balance I have never been a big fan of motorcycles, what is the draw? I am not saying this in anyway shape or form lessens the tragedy or makes it his fault, an honest question.

eva unit zero 271 Report post Posted June 1, 2008 I often thought of Bourdon as "Vancouver's Jiri Fischer" in that he was a talented two-way player with a physical edge and good skating skills...absolutely a full toolbox, and from the Q.
