NBC's Powerplay Angle From The Blueline Is Horrible

I just wanted to say that I absolutely hate when NBC takes that angle from the blueline looking into the zone on powerplays. Personally I have a hard time being able to see what is happening down low, and the only way I can tell if someone scores is by people's reactions because I can't even see the puck go in the net. Not that big of a deal, but it's annoyed me for a couple of games now.

Agreed......I always switch to CBC despite it's horrible picture because I hate that camera angle

ESPN used to do it from above the glass behind the goal. This one is better than that, but I still don't prefer it.

for some reason i watched the game on NBC tonight... most likely watching game 5 on CBC.

I was just complaing about that to my buddy. When a scrum breaks out in front of the net The puck could be in and without the light it would be impossible to tell.

I hate that angle, too! It's just really bad and it gives me a headache. Seriously.

But I won't switch to CBC now...I've watched Versus/NBC throughout the SCF and being the superstitious kind of person I am, I have to stick with what works. The Wings are up 3 games to 1 and I'm not going to mess it up now! LOL

NBC Hockey coverage sucks in general. Personally I hate the comentators talking about the obvious things or just plain stupid stuff that no one cares about.

Agree, we went over my Cousins house to watch the game in HD on a 50" plasma and that angle still sucked. Just glad I wasn't at home watching it, I wouldn't have been able to see anything at all.
