BottleOfSmoke 5,965 Report post Posted December 8, 2015 Yes. I try not to put much stock in material possessions, but I get very attached to things with sentimental value. It hurts when you lose those things, especially when they serve as a reminder of a loved one who is gone. TPBM has laughed so hard they've peed their pants--as an adult. Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted December 26, 2015 I can honestly say I've never done that. The person below me looks forward to BOS's butt-pats after a win.
kickazz 5,459 Report post Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) Not sure. I know in one of the recent losses I did think to my self "oh damn no butt pats tonight I guess" Then I thought to myself how weird that sounded seeing as though they're only virtual butt pats xD The person below me has traveled to Europe Edited December 29, 2015 by kickazz
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 29, 2015 I have not. My mother and sisters have. The person below me uses reading glasses.
jimmyemeryhunter 2,747 Report post Posted December 30, 2015 I do not. I've been blessed with most of my physical traits. The only thing is heart problems and diabetes, but I keep myself in decently good shape so I'm hoping to beat those odds. That and everyone else in my family 6'1 or taller haven't ever had glasses, for some reasons, so I'm still rocking perfect vision. The person below me drank at least ten beers in the last week. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 1, 2016 I'm allergic to hops, so... no. I had a drink last night at a friend's house before I went to work, but it wasn't beer. The person below me hates vacuuming.

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 4, 2016 Since you posted on New Year's Day, I'll assume you meant New Year's Eve. I went to church, went over to some friends' house afterwards, and then went to work the graveyard in a gas station on a heavy bar night. There were funny stories, to say the least. The person below me has mentally reviewed ex-love interests and wondered what on earth the person below me was thinking.

Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted January 7, 2016 I've never smoked, but good on you if you were able to quit. The person below me works out daily.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 8, 2016 I do a sit-up every morning unless I've slept in my chair because I can't do a lie-down at night. That's my work out. The person below me has never been fishing or hunting.
BottleOfSmoke 5,965 Report post Posted January 13, 2016 Grew up catch & release fishing, never hunting. I come from a family of hunters, so I used to love to go out in the woods with my pops to lay bait and target shoot. Never had the heart for the kill. Somehow daddy raised a sometimes vegetarian animal activist :/ He rolls with it but I catch a lot of flack from the other brutes in the family TPBM has never been out of their country of birth. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 16, 2016 In all honesty, I'm looking forward to it, whenever it may come, be it tomorrow or twenty years from now. The person below me is already getting headaches from people who can't just discuss issues and have to insult, stereotype, and otherwise marginalize those who have different political views. (My facebook "news" is 75% political rants and 20% crockpot recipes. I don't own a crockpot. I live for the 5%.)

TheXym 2,606 Report post Posted January 17, 2016 Guilty as charged, and throwing my infamous bacon steaks on the grill. (Slab bacon cut at number 19 on the slicer, 6 minutes per side at med hi heat, topped with a dry rub that renders with the fat to make a bbq sauce). TPBM likes to chill with music playing while they are forum browsing.
NerveDamage 4,176 Report post Posted January 17, 2016 (edited) Haha That's me, currently listening to some deep house, but I take it a bit further, I also have a Hubble documentary playing in the background whilst solving a picross puzzle. TPBM would rather go to a small and cozy bar rather than to a fancy night club. Edited January 17, 2016 by NerveDamage
BottleOfSmoke 5,965 Report post Posted January 17, 2016 All day err' day. Hate nightclubs, love dive bars. TPBM is satisfied with how much money they make.
TheXym 2,606 Report post Posted January 17, 2016 Usually yes, a dram of the Macallan for a nightcap is great, or a good microbrew and some wings hit the spot for me. I can do the fancy night club bit, but prefer to do so as part of the entertainment so my bar tab is covered. If my wife is with me, the smaller bar is the definite way to go since she is not a fan of crowds. TPBM likes wings, but really likes an unusual flavor. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 18, 2016 (edited) BoS's question got skipped, so I'll answer it. I need to make more money. When I was part time at my current job and had a full time job that made more, I did ok. Since I had to quit the job I liked for 15 years for health reasons, I am now down to one job and not making it. Now, for kickazz's question: I always think we're going to win it until the moment we are eliminated. That's how I roll. EDIT Oopsies, forgot to do one. The person below me is a fan of an NFL team that is still in the playoffs. Edited January 18, 2016 by 55fan
