rick zombo 3,739 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Detroit stops playing rope-a-dope for a night, and gets out their measuring stick for a change. + Anaheim played tonight. 4-2 Wings.
Casey 145 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 I like 4-2 as well. Ozzie gets back in the groove a bit, 30 saves. Hossa, Hudler, Zetterberg and Datsyuk for the goals, Franzen with 2 assists.
Zion 93 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Well, if the Wings don't show up tonight, someone will probably get hurt. Maybe THAT will shake the team up. Here's to an intense game.
miller76 463 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 I am tired of the Wings losing to good teams. I hope this is a solid turnaround and 2 points to show for it.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 I must say I'm a bit nervous since the Duckies are pretty tough. That said, if Lilja can remove (or at least reverse) Pronger's elbows early on, the Wings will take it, but it'll be close. I'm thinking Wings 4-3 Wings-each line gets one. Ducks-Selanne 2, and one bad deflection.

GSBrooks13 204 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) I really have to hope the Wings can come out and dominate and play a complete game.. Im preciting that they do.. as for the score.. im seeing something like.. Wings - 7 (Hossa x3, Franzen, Hudler, Cleary and Stuart) Ducks - 3 (Selanne x2, Pronger 1) Edited December 1, 2008 by GSBrooks13

kylee 727 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Detroit stops playing rope-a-dope for a night, and gets out their measuring stick for a change. that'd be lovely. this whole up and down thing, is getting old. saturday's loss was just embarrassing; but i have total faith that the Wings can absolutely be the class of the league if they string together a few wins here. go wings! go duck huntin! Cern 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Ever see Manos: the Hands of Fate? Pronger's knees are going to look like Torgo's by the end. UGh god, even with the MST3K guys that movie is unbearably dull.
Shaman 713 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 an early must win, if we lose, we go into a real losing streak and lose more confidence or we can make a statement and turn it around. My prediction Wings make a statement 6-
Guest mindfly Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Finally some homegames... i think wings can win this one, but i think the ducks will play very physical, even more than bruins, but wings should manage to find a way to win anyway... 4-3 wings.
Guest E_S_A_D Report post Posted December 1, 2008 If Wings get outmatched physically then they lose a close one. 3-2. If Wings play a more well rounded line-up (not going to happen), then they don't get pushed around and win 3-1. Prediction? Unfortunately, I'd put my $ on Anaheim 3-2. CrossoverThrash 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 WIll it be lilja vs Perry or Parros?
The Mule 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 The Wings will come out strong and dominate this one, taking it in the end by a score of 4-1. Detroit will get goals from Hossa, Zetterberg, Cleary, and Lebda, while Kunitz will pick up the only Ducks marker. I don't know if I will be around these parts during the game, as I'll be at a friend's place tuning into the game (thankfully, somebody has Center Ice in this area), but I'll do my best to drop in every once in a while. We get back on track tonight, boys. Count it!

CrossoverThrash 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Perry only fights when he can get the Jordin Tootoo advantage. And Lils won't throw with Parros. Im sure the Tootoo advantage will be wide open wiht Lilja, lilja could go wiht anyone on this ducks team, they are all fighters but the ones wiht the most recent history against us would be perry and parros.
