12/10: San Jose Sharks @ Vancouver Canucks

Sharks fan?

When the puck goes over the line it SHOULD be a goal no matter how much you like or dislike a team. You'd think with today's technology that this kind of s*** wouldn't happen.

I wish I could have a passionate opinion about this. Alas, Time Warner is more interested in making sure I have Lifetime HD than NHL network.

Both teams should have gotten called for too many men there.

San Jose finally gets called for a penalty. :P

During the last Vancouver game I watched the guys at Sportsnet said that Vancouver had taken 9 too many men on the ice penalties this year. And he blamed it on the Sedin twins being identical, which made me think, and I can just picture it: Daniel or Henrik skates to the bench for a change, two guys each assume that he is the one who is supposed to go on for the Sedin coming off, wind up with 6 on the ice. Whoops. :P

Also, for the sake of my fantasy team, I'm glad Sundin scored.

Nope, I bleed red and white.

I believe the call on the ice was no goal. From the replays I saw, I could not say that the puck crossed the line completely.

Edit: by the way you are reacting, are you a nucks fan?

I'll concur. There was no white between the puck and the goal line, thus no goal.

Ugh, Sharks goal. Nice D, Vancouver. <_<

I'm a HOCKEY fan. So if that makes me a fan of Canucks too, then yes. I am. Though this is the 5 or 6 times I watch the canucks this year and watched SJ more than a dozen. You decide

Edit: Year = season

hmph. I thought I saw a kicking motion.

Subsequently, that would have been a no-goal if it was any other team in that same play. What bulls***

So with all the talk of goals, no goals, kicks...just what is the score?

Mind you, I could look this up any number of places, but I'm relying on you guys out of spite.

EDIT: Three minutes and no response....I can see you guys are all in here. Just do it, hit the reply button.

You're an over reactor?

It was a close call, but the ref is on the ice and said the puck did not cross the line. The repays I saw did not show beyond a reasonable doubt that the puck crossed the line. sorry dude, no goal.

SJ and refs/goal judges 3

Nucks 2

It should be a 3-2 game with Nucks on top...
