Not sure if anyone saw the ducks devils highlights tonight but pronger looked to have laid a vicious elbow on parise. I only caught the very end of it so i didnt see it very clearly, anyone have a link to the hit, i'd like to see it a few times and decide whether or not the league is going to look at it.

Poor Pronger... so misunderstood.

Still a goon though.

I dont think pronger is a goon for good reason 2... he plays on the team that i love. So in conclusion every "elbow" that he has "landed" is the other guys fault for not moving his head haha that sounds bad oh well.

While I did not see this alleged “elbow,” I am familiar with pronger physics. Its so complex that the normal human brain cannot comprehend the simple basics of this phenomenon.

I'd have to see a better replay.

they showed a brief clip on NHL network, and it honestly looked like Parise wasn't looking as time ran out and ran into Pronger, then Pronger took the opportunity to follow through with the elbow.

But it was literally like a two-second clip. It wouldn't surprise me if the collision wasn't as accidental as it looked.

Here's the clip. It's still hard to tell if it was incidental contact that Pronger took advantage of, or if he hopped of the bench and lined himself up with Parise.

Honestly, it looks like him taking advantage of incidental contact, but Pronger showed just what kind of player he is because he followed through with the elbow as opposed to shouldering the guy.

To shoulder Parise Pronger should have kneeled down.

The league should not only suspend him, but force him to see an orthodontist about braces.
