There's nothing they can do when they're put in a terrible position by a huge rebound that had no business being kicked out. Kronwall had Smyth tied up, the puck went into the net at 2mph, with Ozzie waaay on the edge of the crease.

The fact that Osgood is on par with Raycroft, and has so far only outplayed Legace head to head says a lot about where he stands in net this year.

And for the record, I'm not an Ozzie "hater." What I am is a "poor performance" hater. I don't even want to see Osgood waived or traded, but made back-up is another story.

Osgood let a huge rebound right to the stick of another player and slides out of the net for no ******* reason.

That is 100% osgood.

How many dozens of times do you see a goalie steer a long shot from the left point to the right boards? The answer is a LOT.
