I was at the last game we played at the Xcel, and the ice looked bad that game too- odd bounces and all. Fortunately, one of them went in our favour that night, so let's hope it happens again. Or those that made the most noise are now making excuses.... And some of us who have been saying that the same problem still exists, but let's still continue to blame Osgood.... Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted February 22, 2009 Ok, I rewound the Tivo and the whistle came as soon as they scored Remember there's that whole 'intent to blow the whistle' caveat. I know it works if the ref didn't blow the whistle yet but intended to, but maybe it works if he inadvertently blows the whistle before a goal? I made some comments about Osgood previously, but I was by far not the most vocal person about him.
