HockeytownRules19 902 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 (edited) Here is what is at stake: In my mind for the wings to have a chance at #1 in the West, San Jose must lose in reg. tonight. Also, with an Anaheim win, they jump to 6, Columbus would then drop to 7. Actually i made a mistake Anaheim would stay at 7 due to games played (Anaheim at 80, Columbus at 79) but both Anaheim and Columbus would have 90 points. still... GO DUCKS!!! ***Cough*** lol http://atdhe.net/live-tv.php?i=12752260 Edited April 6, 2009 by HockeytownRules19

Bluedevils_13 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 I hope I'm not the only one who wants SJ to win. I personally think it would be better if we DIDNT win the presidents, but I guess it'd be nice. I really don't want to play Anaheim in the first round, I'm sure we can beat them, I just know Pronger is going to be looking to take some people out of the playoffs himself. And we all no Pronger doesn't get penalized so, he's pretty much able to do whatever he wants in this league.

Guest MrSandMan Report post Posted April 6, 2009 *If* Ducks win in regulation tonight, there's a fair chance Detroit can take the 1st in the conference again. That'd move Ducks up to 6th place, so if all goes as plan, SJ will play them in the 2nd round, not Detroit. Go Ducks!
esteef 2,679 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 As usual, this game is blacked out in my area even though I don't have it on my local channels and they are literally the closest NHL team to my house. Technology is awesome! esteef

Mike 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 The Ducks, the hometown team, are being shafted by the refs tonight. The Ducks have 7 penalties to the Sharks 2. I guess Bettman doesn't want the Wings to catch up.

Bluedevils_13 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2009 The ducks are the second dirtiest team in the league, it doesn't surprise me that they had that many penalties. What the f*** was Perry doing after the horn blew. This is why I don't want to play them, I just don't want one of guys hurt/careers ended. Pronger should be jailed.
