Absolutely not.

Uh, why not? From a business perspective, the league has expanded, they got the salary cap they wanted, revenues keep on going up and keep on going up. If he was bad for business, the owners would get rid of him.

It shouldn't be too hard to see what Bettman's focus is. When he's asked about the success of the league (like in the first interview) the first thing he talks about is revenue. Because that's his metric. That's the window through which he views the league.
