Mike 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 60 minutes Vancouver...60 minutes They played about 30 minutes tonight and it cost them big.
titanium2 867 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 No, now they're the best team in the playoffs and look super scary and will beat the Wings in the WCF. Don't be so sure the Wings will even get there. And CHI does look kind of scary with the way they can take a big hit but keep playing.
titanium2 867 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 (edited) Wow.....epic meltdown by the Nucks. I know. It makes you think that maybe a close game tomorrow might not be such a bad thing, even if they are nerve racking. In that case, at least you know that the Wings will have constant motivation to play 60 minutes. Meltdowns like VAN tonight are unfortunately all too familiar to Wings fans. Vladifan 680 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 Something must be wrong with Luongo's circuitry. Now, who wants to assure all of us that the Hawks reeeeally aren't that good? Please?
titanium2 867 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 Now, who wants to assure all of us that the Hawks reeeeally aren't that good? Please? Offensively, yeah I think they're that good. Defensively? They could use a little refinement for playoff hockey.
Vincanni 1 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 Now, who wants to assure all of us that the Hawks reeeeally aren't that good? Please? I can soothe all fears with two simple words, Joel Quenneville.

Vincanni 1 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 Refs really making sure this game doesn't get out of hand, sort of have to applaud that as un-fun as it may be to watch.

ChelisChick 174 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 Tell me about it. I'd muted the tv because it was getting on my nerves with the announcers trying to make it exciting. I look up and its 4-2 Hawks!
Barrie 900 Report post Posted May 3, 2009 I have been very impressed with Chicago in the playoffs. Before the first round started I wanted to see Detroit-Vancouver series, but I think I'd rather see a Detroit-Chicago go at it best of 7. Detroit and Chicago play a very similar style of game. I wouldn't be surprised if Chicago is up 3-1 going back to Vancouver for Game 5 with that crowd at the United Center.
