Helm was never tested by playing with other top liners. He is doing his job on the 4th liner. Can you think any of the Wings who can be replaced from the top 2 lines?

Not if Cleary is on the ZDC line. Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Cleary, Hossa-Filppula-Franzen. I'm satisfied with that. If Holmstrom is in the top 6, then yes. Get Holmstrom's SLOW, OLD butt on the bench and use him when we get on the PP. It's silly to have him stumbling around out there 5 on 5. No value.

Despite the optimism flowing through this place right now, I am still a bit wary of the start of the 2nd. The Ducks wear down noticably the more they play, but always look great starting period. Well to be more precise its been more like...

Ducks starting 1st period: Unstoppable at first and better than us for the majority of the period.

Ducks starting 2nd period: Better than us for the first 5 minutes or so.

Ducks starting the 3rd period: A couple decent shifts.
