Sorry if someone consider I hate Ozzie. I wasn't accusing. Just curious. Don't take it the wrong. I just enjoy this time of year as all year people ride hype trains that push Luongo up and tear Osgood down and all season I say, "Wait for when it counts. Osgood will be the man. I'm beyond excited about a Detroit-Chicago Western Finals...you have no idea...well, you probably do, but I think it has the makings of a great series. I don't know about lots, but definitely some. But again, the Wings have major depth. And the Hawks do not like the idea of having to face an overdue Pavel Datsyuk if they have to. gcom007 1,465 Report post Posted May 12, 2009 Love it. Truly love it. Just gotta love when another original six team advances. I like them. I like a lot of their guys. It's a good thing. I think Sundin's lame. I think Luongo is profoundly overrated. I don't really like the Canucks in general. Makes my night. I love the fact that Hockey's got Chicago fired up again. It's been like a second home to me at times so it's good to see. This team will be a great team for awhile. I don't think this is their year. They have lessons to learn this year. But they're on their way. And I've met some hardcore Hawks fans saying the same thing. Super happy for their team but they know they've got to get an ass-whooping from Detroit to learn what it takes to be champions. I was shocked but really impressed multiple times. Every offnesive threat they have is match by a wing, and a more experienced wing at that kane-hossa toews-dats havlat-zetterberg keith-lids campbell-rafalski Seriously is there any of those matchups that you wouldnt take in the wings favor? I still believed no one knows what would happen in the playoff but Luongo has been absolutely a garbage in this series. If Luongo is like 0.1 million, it is acceptable. But Luongo is 7 millions goalie. He is not supposed to allow more than 3 goals in the playoff. However, I still said before Backstrom is a better goalie than Luongo.
