He is having an extremely good playoffs, stepping up his play as he always does in the post season. Where are all the posters who wanted him traded, were more than happy to see us send him packing at seasons end? Hello? There were a lot of you. Flip= clutch. I've also been calling for him to centre Hossa since we signed him, but I was made fun of for that too... Val has been one of our best players in the playoffs this year! With Pavel beening out he has stepped up very well!! Keep it up Val!! And again, I'm sorry!! His pass to set up Hossa's first goal was a spectacular passs to get over the defenseman's (forget who it was) stick and right onto hossa's blade. Along with his blind backhand pass right onto Hossa's stick which resulted in flip's goal. Him being on the third line is an absolute travesty.
