Case in point: When Dupuis' stick was broken on the "slash", he HIMSELF said it was a slash on Hossa TO THE MEDIA. We all say the footage. He had the stick in his hands. He knows Hossa didn't slash him, but what does he say? "It should have been a penalty. He (Hossa) broke my stick."

Some quick thoughts:

-Pittsburgh is playing alot more aggressively tonight. Defensively they're jumping up and taking more aggressive chances than they were in the first two games. Could be a double-edged sword; Wings need to try to break past that and create some odd-man rushes.

-Two uncharacteristic soft goals let in by Ozzie. Those are the kind of saves he's been making all season long. He's got to wake up a little.

-Pens have some good puck movement going. Idk if its playing at home or what, but they seem more comfortable, and they're getting a better flow together than they had in the first two games.

-How the f*** did NOBODY see that too many men penalty?

Overall, I like the intensity out there.

Pens had their surge in the opening moments of the game, we weathered it and the period ended up 2-2, not bad considering they had to put forth their best, Wings only get better as the game goes on.

Decent period. Slow.slllooooowwww...start, but what can you do. OZ has been pretty sharp, first goal I cannot fault him for. Our D hung him out to dry. Second one is questionable. I do believe he was screened, though.

Anyway, if this is any indication of how the game i gonna flow, I can see a very high scoring affair. Also, if Ozzie is having an off day (he's allowed to with his stellar play these 2 play-offs run), this team neesd to win this game for him. I'll take a 2-2 tie after 1. If we can manage the lead at the end of the 2nd, we're as good as golden. I don't expect to win this game anyways.

Maybe the league sent a mandate out to have the rrefs call it closer so that we get more offense or somethin. As long as it's fair and consistent for the most part, I'm happy with it.
