He's probably going to play the point on our second PP unit. Is he a top 6 forward? a third liner? a fourth liner? Is he going to be able to regain his scoring touch? Is he a solid two-way player!?

sorry...im not that familiar with him.

I doubt he's going to be entrusted with second line scoring potential right out of the gate.

Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Cleary/Holmstrom

Franzen - Filppula - Cleary/Holmstrom

Leino - Helm - Eaves

Abdelkader/UFA - Draper - Maltby

for anyone who thinks he will go to the second line, you're dreaming. no matter how bad homers post season, he's going to be in the top 6 at the beginning of next season. babcock doesn't run this team the way some of you would-he's patient and realizes you don't forget how to do the little things homer does in one 2-month chunk. eaves will be a third line guy unless he starts scoring like crazy.

They're just desperate to get a North American in the top-six. But they shouldn't fret because Cleary looks to be a fixture on the second line.

Rekindl'd Colorado/Red Wings rivalry??

Tucker (Now an Av) punched Eaves (Now a Red Wing) out when they were with the Leafs and Sens, I doubt it, seeing as Eaves wanted no part of Tucker (LMAO, Tucker's a *****) and all, but maybe just maybe that can spark some s***. I miss that rivalry, THN has it as one of the top 5 of all time.

If that happens and he splits the Euro twins again this season then I will be joining. :hehe:

Yeah I hope the finals this year taught Babs a lesson about splitting Z and Dats-- keep them together at least long enough to maintain their chemistry from 07-08.
